Professional Bio

Hi, I’m Thara Shenoy, a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Pediatric Feeding Therapist with over 16 years of experience helping children thrive in their daily lives. My passion lies in supporting children with sensory processing, feeding, and developmental challenges through a compassionate, evidence-based approach. I believe every child learns best when therapy feels like play and every parent feels supported and confident.

I recently completed my Fellowship in Myofunctional Therapy, which allows me to take a holistic look at oral-motor, breathing, and feeding development—helping children build strong foundations for eating, speech, and overall growth. Along with hands-on therapy, I also offer parent coaching sessions and teleconsultations, guiding families with practical strategies that fit into real life. My goal is to empower parents to understand their child’s needs and create meaningful change at home.
