Before – Master A had come to us at 10 years of age with difficulty breathing at night and excessive teeth grinding. He had difficulty sleeping and had to take the help of a CPAP machine to help to sleep. On examining him, he showed a high arched narrow palate and a narrow airway and was diagnosed with Sleep apnea.
Treatment – A couple of months of simple exercises and myofunctional appliances made a huge difference to his breathing pattern.
After – Today, he is 12 years old and is completely off CPAP and has a perfectly normal undisturbed sleep routine.
